Taking Bath During Menses - Mahwaari Mein Nahana


Mahwaari (menses) ka pain aksar nafsiyati hota hai. Aksar larkiyon nai suna hota hai kay  mahwaari (menses) sey takleef hoti hai. Isliye woh mahwaari (menses) kay aghaz hi sey essai khauf zada hoti hain aur phir es khauf ki wajha sey uterus mein stiffness aur takleef paeda hojati hai. Larkiyon ko yeh pata hona chahiya kay mahwaari (menses) koi takleef dai cheez nahi lehaza woh relax rahain. Es sorat mein unko mahwaari (menses) ki takleef nahi hogi. Kuch khawateen ko mahwaari (menses) sey 2 yeh 3 din pehley headache, backache, pait ka dard shuru hojata hai aur enki pistaan (Breast) swell hojati hain. Kuch khawateen ko purai mahwaari (menses) kay doran dard hota hai. Yeh sab kuch normal hai koi beemari nahi. Agar takleef kuch zyada ho to gynecologist sey contact karain.
