Taking Bath During Menses - Mahwaari Mein Nahana


Mahwaari (menses) ka pain aksar nafsiyati hota hai. Aksar larkiyon nai suna hota hai kay  mahwaari (menses) sey takleef hoti hai. Isliye woh mahwaari (menses) kay aghaz hi sey essai khauf zada hoti hain aur phir es khauf ki wajha sey uterus mein stiffness aur takleef paeda hojati hai. Larkiyon ko yeh pata hona chahiya kay mahwaari (menses) koi takleef dai cheez nahi lehaza woh relax rahain. Es sorat mein unko mahwaari (menses) ki takleef nahi hogi. Kuch khawateen ko mahwaari (menses) sey 2 yeh 3 din pehley headache, backache, pait ka dard shuru hojata hai aur enki pistaan (Breast) swell hojati hain. Kuch khawateen ko purai mahwaari (menses) kay doran dard hota hai. Yeh sab kuch normal hai koi beemari nahi. Agar takleef kuch zyada ho to gynecologist sey contact karain.

    Hamara yaha kam phari likhi khawateen mein yeh baat bohut hi famous hai kay mahwaari  mein nahaney (taking bath durng menses) aur organs ko pani waghaera sey saaf karney sey na sirf bohut si big beemariyan lag jati hain bul kay motapa bhi hojata hai. Es liye aksar khawateen inn dino pani sey perhaiz karti hain. Halan kay mahwaari (menses) kay days mein larki ko daily apnai jinsi organs ki safai khas tor per karni chahiya. Achi tarhan safai na Karney sey khoon ka kuch na kuch hissa yaha pa jam kar smell paeda kar sakta hai. Lagataar kay din tak safai na Karney sey inflammation ho sakti hai. Kharish aur halkai zakham bhi ho saktey hain. Mahwaari (menses) kay doran ghussal yeh jismani safai ka liye mosam ka mutabiq hot yeh cold water use kara ja sakta hai. Es silsilai mein kisi ghalat fahmi ka shikar nahi hona chahiya ka mahwaari (menses) kay doran nahana khatarnak sabit ho sakta hai. (Kawal Dheer)
